Paintings accepted in 6x6 Show

Autumn Harvest, oil, 6x6
Wow, I am excited to have three of my 6x6 paintings accepted into the Randy Higbee Gallery 6x6 Exhibit in Costa Mesa, CA! The whole gallery will be filled with 6x6 paintings from artists across the nation, and a large gala reception will take place with awards and usually many of these small paintings sell.

Still Life with Leek, oil, 6x6

Garlic, Eggplant and Sloans, oil, 6x6

These are great, Kathy. Congratulations on getting into that show. Is this the same Randall Higdon who used to do watercolor? It looks like he is doing abstract paintings now or do I have a different person in mind? I hope you sell lots of these little beauties. Gene

Hi Gene, Thanks for your comment! I don't get too many on the blog, but love it that you looked at it! Thanks, I am very excited about getting into the show. i wanted to enter last year, but did not have enough confidence to do so.
Are you referring to the artist Randall Higdon at Grand Gallery? Yes, he now paints abstracts and may still paint those exquisite watercolors. I think the watercolors just stopped selling for him so he is now trying the abstracts.
